Welcome to Nussbaum Yoga in Cala Millor, Mallorca – your place for peace, strength, and inner balance. Whether you’re on vacation or live on the island, with us you’ll find the perfect space to harmonize body and mind.

For your yoga class, you mainly need one thing: a good mood and joy for the shared practice.
Everything else will fall into place naturally.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class at the studio, so you can settle in peacefully and comfortably on your mat.
Wear comfortable clothing or sportswear that allows you to move freely.
You are welcome to bring your own
yoga mat.
If you don’t have one, we will, of course, provide rental mats.

Please also bring a towel and, if needed, something to drink.
The class starts punctually. Late entry cannot be guaranteed, also to avoid disturbing other participants.
We also ask you to put your phone on silent during the class to ensure a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for everyone.

Hatha Yoga (60 minutes)

In this calm, alignment-based class, you will find stability, strength, and inner peace. We hold the asanas a little longer and combine them with breathing exercises and relaxation – ideal for anyone who wants to experience yoga from the ground up.

Vinyasa Yoga (60 minutes)

Flowing movements meet conscious breathing – in this dynamic class, you connect body and mind through creative flows. Suitable for all levels, as variations are offered for beginners and advanced practitioners.                                                                 

Yin Yoga (90 minutes)

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice where positions are held passively for several minutes. This allows you to reach deeper connective tissue layers, release tension, and calm your nervous system. Ideal for stress, sleep problems, or inner restlessness.

Fun Yoga (60 minutes)

Stay relaxed & laughter allowed. In this class, you can be yourself: breathe, sweat, laugh, groan – and even fall out of a pose. We flow through creative sequences, in the style of Vinyasa and Hatha but with less dogma and more laughter. An invitation to try, let go, and simply have fun.
