Our Yoga Classes

Find the style that suits you

Hatha Yoga

The foundation of modern yoga

Body & Movement

In Hatha Yoga, classic postures (asanas) take center stage. They build strength, flexibility, and better body awareness.

Breath & Energy

Through conscious breathing exercises (pranayama), you learn to direct your energy and develop more calm and vitality in everyday life.

Mind & Balance

The combination of movement, breath, and mindfulness calms the mind, reduces stress, and brings you into inner balance.

Vinyasa Yoga

The flowing yoga style

Movement & Flow

Vinyasa links individual asanas into dynamic, flowing sequences that feel like a dance with the breath.

Breath & Rhythm

Every movement is connected to the breath—inhale and exhale guide you through the practice and bring body and mind into harmony.

Energy & Strength

The sequence strengthens muscles, boosts endurance, and at the same time brings lightness and inner clarity.

Yin Yoga

A gentle journey inward

Deep relaxation

In Yin Yoga, you stay in passive poses for several minutes, bringing body and mind into a state of deep rest.

Fascia & Joints

The gentle stretches reach into the connective tissue and joints, promoting flexibility and releasing tension in the body.

Mindfulness & Ease

The stillness in the poses creates space for mindfulness—a meditative process that brings ease and inner balance.
